Obvious, right. Upgrading from R5 to N6 should work fine. We've done lots of them. Sounds like you installed in a different directory than your existing R5 install? That's OK too, just move key files like your notes.ini, bookmark.nsf and names.nsf to the new N6 directory before starting the client.

I believe Intellisync has a documented work around for using N6. I know many of the other PDA software mfg do. Check with Intellisync technical support for the version that works with N6.
